Frank J. Crupi formerly practiced law in Livingston, New Jersey for over 28 years and joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Crupi specializes in the field of Taxation. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and New Jersey Division of Taxation, as well as Federal and State Courts in matters including Audits, Agency Appeals, Criminal and Collection Matters, Estate Planning, and Estate Litigation. He is also a member of the New Jersey Inheritance and Estate Tax Committee.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, US District Court for the District of New Jersey, US Tax Court, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
